How do I order?
Please place an order on our website www.forcraftssake.co.za. If you have any issues please pop us a Whatsapp.
My favorite color is out of stock!
Sorry about that. Unfortunately our supplier doesn't keep stock on hand and we have to place a manufacturing order for 250 units minimum for each color. This means we have to plan very carefully what we stock when. Please do pop us a message, we use your input to decide what to order next.
Do you do bulk pricing?
Yes we do! Head on over to https://www.forcraftssake.co.za/pages/wholesale-program for details.
How long does delivery take?
Please refer to our shopping policy. We try to get our products out between 1-2 business days and then you need to add your chosen shipping method's time.
What shipping options do you have?
You can pickup in Glen Marais at no cost, or choose one of the following at checkout:
- Courier arranged by customer: Free
- Paxi: R59 - R129.95 depending on size and shipping time
- Postnet: R109
- Pudo Locker to Locker: R60
We also have half price Pudo locker to locker shipping if your order total is R250 and above, and for orders over R500 we do free Pudo locker to locker shipping!
Which courier do you use?
We currently use Buffalo Courier and their breakdown of areas are as follow:
- Major Centres (2-4 business days): Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, George, East London, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Nelspruit Bloemfontein, Witbank, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom @R100
- Regional (3-7 business days): Areas not defined above @R155
What do I do if I ordered, but don't receive an order confirmation email?
